Awful
This is not a good hotel. Absolutely not 4 stars.
1 - The wi fi was so slow it was virtually un-useable. .
2 - The beds were VERY uncomfortable. Gave us back pains.
3 - The hotel has a policy of putting water into the shower gel dispensers when half full. Then it ran out and we had to ask twice for it to be re-filled. Felipe from reception finally brought us some and angrily handed it over. Appalling.
4 - They give you cocktails with zero alcohol. Total scam.
5 - The shower was rubbish with little power
6 - There is a tiny car park, which is ALWAYS full. You have to park in other venues car parks.
7 - Poor air con
8 - We could hear the lifts going up and down all night. We had to use ear plugs to sleep.
9 - Only 6 umbrellas for approx sun loungers by the pool - but this is due to lack of space
10 - TV remote controller covered in sticky grime that we could not clean off.
Most reception staff were nice but a couple were awful (Filipe) .
The hotel is old and outdated. The rooms look tired and in need of a revamp.
There are much better hotels in the area. We won't be coming back here.
