I don't get to Mitchell often, but when I do I stay at the Kelly Inn. It has a warm, inviting ambience. The staff is so friendly. Breakfast is excellent. My wife stayed for two days while I was in meetings and she enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We feel at home when we visit. Thank you!!

Rate this stay 10+ except to the problems with the room key cards not working. Took 60 minutes the last night with multiple attempts by the night attendant finally gaining access to the room for me.
Kudos to the staff for their excellent effort helping me

As soon as we walked into the hotel, I noticed how clean it was. The lodge is designed perfectly, inside and out!! Staff was very kind and helpful, food was great, rooms were clean. I would stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone coming out to Mitchell, SD!

Sadly the area was hot and a lot of the air conditioners were not working. Our room door only locked from the inside, so someone had to stay in the room at all times to guard our stuff. The hot tub was too hot and the pool was ice cold. The waggles were great but the eggs were obviously powder. And to top it all off the fire alarm went off three times between 2am and 3:30am. I think we deserve a partial refund. The 20 hour drive we had today on no sleep was rough.
