Recommend looking into other hotel options in the area - management is not very accommodating, there was a room that was closed off (note on the door read out of service), room had a bad smell.

It was a place to sleep

Stay was not so good. Pool was down for maintenance, bedding was stained, paint peeling from walls and ceilings, everyday we left and came back we had to get our room keys fixed for our room again (we kept them away from electronics) they took and unexpected $100 from us and didnt tell us if it was refundable

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! First my grandson was so looking forward to getting in the swimming pool and when we got there found out the pool wasn't working. Then the air conditioning wasn't working properly and it was really hot in the room. I called the front desk and he came to look at it and couldn't get it to work any better so I was pretty mad by now and I asked for a refund and he said the only way he could do that is if we checked out of the hotel. So we packed up and left. Won't stay there again!!

HORRIBLE STAY!!!! 0/10 RECOMMEND!! I came to quality Inn and my father said he was getting bit in his sleep by BED BUGS. He went to front desk and they moved him to another room and was very nonchalant as if guest had not just said the hotel had bed bugs. The new room was not in good conditions. No bed bugs, but the walls looked as if someone had taken a bite out of the wall. In my room, my curtain was barely hanging on. Ceilings were stained so bad. Needless to say they didn’t want to give a refund. We checked out and went to another hotel. I will be reporting this hotel to corporate!!!
