The hotel is convenient for many events that I attend in the Connecticut and Massachusetts areas and is usually quiet and comfortable. However it is starting to show it's age. Faded carpets, bedspreads, window seat cushions. also, tub and toilet are showing age and wear. I hate to see the condition deteriorating, as it is a place that I have stayed at for many years

Basic roadside hotel. Felt more like a motel. Cheap enough but lacks any warmth and welcoming. Pros were clean bed and workable AC. Free parking. Cons were rust residue in toilet bowl, thin walls and loud neighbors, no hot water at breakfast for tea or oatmeal. Police were questioning the desk manager when I arrived ! Avoid this hotel if you can. If you don’t care then stay

Unfortunately there was nof friendly reception just the opposite was asked could I help you and I stated that i had a reservation everdentally she did hear me and raised her voice and asked again then asks for an ID and proceeded to slap it on the desk i was very uncomfortable good help is hard to find

Used to be a great stay

When we arrived a group in the lobby was drinking and swearing loudly with a young child was present. We had to ask for a second room after the guest looked like the beds had been slept in and grass was in the bed. The person who gave us keys to the second room appeared to be related to the group hanging out in the lobby because they kept hollering at him and called him one of the other children’s brother. Maybe they all live on site? If so, very concerning that Day’s Inn allows this. The second room at least had clean beds but the bathrooms had not been cleaned well because there were random hairs all through the bathrooms. Some of the lights in the room didn’t work and the refrigerator obviously hadn’t been cleaned. Our cooler items stayed right in the cooler. We didn’t want to stay but it was so late we just wanted to get a few hours of sleep. We used to stay here all the time when traveling through but never again.

Never Again Days Inn

I booked based on your advertising and the price. I am a Catholic nun and in ongoing cancer treatment. The evening shift person helped me move to a lower grade room that had a very loose toilet seat cover. In my first queen size room..,no Keurig cupe etc. torn bed skirt, dirty bathroom. I was told by the desk that this site is particularly for truckers.

Night staff was very nice! Room was okay but you can hear through very thin walls. The shower curtain smelled strongly of smoke, and more so when the shower ran. The smoke detector went off during shower. Morning staff said they have had problems recently.

Nothing i didnt stay. Tried to get a refund to my account for a cancelation of the reservation, but they said it had to go through the third party,expedia. Which i tried to contact but had trouble reaching anyone. I would justt like to have my money refunded. The desk receptionist was also very rude and discourteous when prompted to accommodate me in expediting my cancelation and return of said funds to my account. You cannot find the property. It is hidden behind a truck stop . Signs are slightly bigger than license plate. Bathroom sink has a cap blocking the drain. Toilet is filthy. Walls have been patched haphazardly. Impossible to sleep due to the roaring noise from the heater. 3 tiny pillows

Workers were rude and even said don’t eat the breakfast here it’s horrible ( don’t know if there was even actually breakfast) in the bathroom there was already open soap wrappers on the floor and by the toilets. Hair on the walls.
