The people were very friendly, and the hotel is tucked away kind of in a neighborhood. The rooms are a little small. But they were very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much !!

No working jacuzzi

I specifically chose this hotel for location which was great and for the price it was very clean the biggest disappointment was the jacuzzi not working this was the second reason I chose this hotel was to enjoy a soak after a long day of skiing and the jacuzzi does not work and has not for over a year according to the manager this is false advertising and should be removed.

You get what you pay for.

I’ve stayed here before and I knew what I was paying for. A few things stood out this time that made it a little underwhelming. There were random tissues left in the room. As if someone had blew their nose and just left them on a counter that housekeeping missed. Then there was an empty can of an alcoholic beverage that was on the floor behind the bed. Again, it’s the best western, so I wasn’t expecting magic, but at least a clean room upon arrival would’ve been nice. The last complaint was that the jacuzzi wasn’t even filled with water. After a long day of boarding I really do enjoy a nice soak in the jacuzzi. We weren’t notified before or upon arrival that the jacuzzi wasn’t operating. Would have been nice to know beforehand, as that would have altered where I stayed.

Everything about check-in and the room was fine. Staff were attentive, breakfast was nice. Overall, no issues. One unfortunate issue was the hot tub was not functioning, no statement at time of reservation. Otherwise good for our short stay.

Went out here for a ski trip and we had another place with friends but ended up being too many people so we got this place and it was very confortable and close by to our lift could’ve fixed the parking lot had way too much ice but it was still nice

Everything was great except the front desk gentleman who was useless. I have medical conditions which requires my insulin to be refrigerated and my cold pack to be frozen. No freezer in my room so I kindly asked the front desk gentleman to put my ice pack in the freezer as I knew they had one as they serve breakfast. He denied me any option to help get my ice pack in the freezer. This problem only exists at hotels with brain dead employees who work the front desk.

The room was clean and efficient. The MOST IMPORTANT problem was safety. The entrance door to the room with the deadbolt DID NOT work. There was a large space in the striker plate. If you pushed the door, there was a 1/2 gap. We informed the front desk and he had no concerns with the problem. He did not even offer to place us into another room.
