From the first time I walked in the front office, the smell was musky and stale. Front counter person customer service was nice.. The room was neat found unwanted hair within the body towels, the light fixtures around the walls, and on the table dusty my pillows were musty. The room smelled damp and dreary, stale, and for the price of one night wasn’t worth it whatsoever. and as far as the continental breakfast, I’m not sure if I needed to get there at 7 AM to enjoy the best of the food. At any rate, I will not be returning.

Front desk asked for additional up front depisit which took me by surprise! I was not able to pay the full amount they were asking. But they accommodated me, and returned the cash depisit i gave upon checkout. Parking fee of $10 seemed WAY EXCESSIVE!

It was a perfectly fine hotel room, it just seems like little of the building has been updated or maintained since I was last there nine years ago. I'm also more than a little concerned by the sharpness of the ledge counter in the shower. It was the kind that made me afraid to slip in there, since that would cause some damage.

This hotel was decrepit. I found blood stains on my sheets and the mattress as well as other signs of a previous bed bug infestation. Who doesn’t throw out a bloody set of sheets?? Chipped paint on the walls, filthy seats and old carpet in the room. The only saving grace was the pleasant front desk service and the bathroom was clean. This part of Portland is also very sketchy, I literally got followed by someone in a car while walking back to my hotel.

Noisy, no staff at night to deal with complaints. Outdated furnishings, but pretty clean. You're just not going to sleep here without pharmaceutical assistance. Very shady spot- I promise you there are better options available!

Location is great if you want to be in the downtown. The overall condition of the room is good exept the air conditioner that was very noisy. The breakfast was poor but i didn't developed any expectations for this price. It total it serve our need fir one night.

The hotel is a good value for the money in the lovely city of Portland. the hotel used to be busier and better, but still it is a good value for the money. the hotel is clean, and parking is available for additional fees. Simple continental breakfast in the morning. The swimming pool is closed permanently. nice location and access to multiple surrounding services and shops. staff are friendly and kind. The room has everything you need: fridge, microwave, iron, etc. some people complain about the noise and that depends on the location of the room, if toward the street and if there is an event in the Moda center. but overall, I did not notice the noise during my stay.

I chose this place because it was within walking distance of the Moda Center. It definitely has an older vibe and look Musty hallways and rooms, unfortunately. The free breakfast was waffles, yogurt, cereal coffe/juice.

The price was great. We booked this property for the price, walking distance to convention center, and breakfast. The hotel was very old, stinky, and dirty. Breakfast was basically waffles and juice. I'm quite positive the elevator is not up to code either. It served it's purpose for us but, we won't stay there again.

Decent price for quality of stay. Location great for Moda Center and buses. Area was unsafe and dirty. Beds uncomfy, staff were polite and kind. Wouldnt stay again.

The building was dirty Dungy felt like I walked into a prison on the outside in the hallway peeling paint on the walls and doors it was grunge. On outside of building and inside the building we're very much outdated. One would think this building from the outside and the hallway and elevator was abandoned. I will never book a stay there again but very much unsatisfied.
