Upon arrival they had honored my request for a first floor stay to make it easier to enter with all of our belongings and wheelchair, but when we entered the room there was water all over the kitchen floor from what looked like something leaking from the fridge. instead of coming down and simply cleaning it up or seeing if there was an actual problem, they just gave us another room, which was now on the 2nd floor and not as convienant. The new room had a broken lock, and was very warm, unlike the first floor room that was very cool. We just accepted our fate, and made due with this room, although we felt like we needed to put a chair in front of the door for security. The room never really cooled off much, and for sure didn't in the bedroom, which was separate from the living room. The bed was extremely hard in the bedroom. The space was clean. The bathtub plug didn't hold water, so we now are in a non-accessible room with a tub that doesn't work, and we were having to give my handicapped son a shower with no way for him to stand/sit. Needless to say, we made it work, but won't be staying here again.
