Bad service and bad policy. NO ELECTRICITY
When I got there the electricity was out. I had driven all day long and I just wanted to shower, change my devices and sleep.
I found out their electricity had been out for hours. WHEN I RESERVED the hotel they had no power. I wish they would have told me or halted reservations.
Couldn’t shower in the pitch black. Had to hike up 3 flights of stairs because no elevator. Can’t charge anything. Hot rooms because no AC. No room key so if I left the room I was locked out. It took over 5 hours from when I checked in to get electricity.
When I asked for a partial refund they said they can’t because I booked third party. That’s just BS. They should have done a partial refund.
