A fantastic beautiful quiet resort

Royal West Indies was an absolute delight for a (35+) ladies getaway weekend. Not right in the thick of the shopping area so it was a bit quieter which is what we wanted, but easily walkable to a few restaurants in under 15min. The property is very well maintained and beautiful, love the adults only quiet pool, and the happy hour is fantastic. Wish beach service (ordering drinks and food from the chairs) was a bit more consistent- on a Thursday we saw no one assisting but had some slow service on Sat / Sunday. Still, no complaints really its a wonderful place to stay, the room was exactly as promised, and the staff was lovely.

Lovely hotel, but so so view in Oceanfront 113

Enjoyed our trip! The staff were incredibly nice. I was bummed that our Oceanfront Studio had only a teeny water view. We were in room 113 on the ground floor. The grasses blocked the ocean view. The photos of the room on hotels.com show a gorgeous water view; that’s what I was expecting for my big birthday trip. I’m going to ask the hotel if they will provide any compensation or discount on a future stay.

Wonderful stay

The property is beautiful and very well-maintained. The room was spacious with a refrigerator and microwave. We had a beautiful view of the water from our balcony. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Happy hour from 5-7 is the best around.

Great Trip to Turks and Caicos

The Royal West Indies Resort was the perfect choice for our trip to the Turks and Caicos. The Resort is beautifully landscaped and has a gorgeous beach with plenty of umbrellas and chairs just steps from the water. The restaurant serves delicious food, and there are 3 lovely swimming pools, including one only for adults. We plan to return!

Beautiful location on Grace Bay. Staff was friendly, kind and always eager to help. Nice quiet adults only pool, with a lovely family pool at the bar/restaurant. Beach front was beautiful and convenient for pick ups right on the water for tours. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping but even easier with hotel bikes which can be signed out for free two hours at a time. Rooms have kitchenettes or alternatively full stoves. Grocery store close by if you want to save some money you can always eat a few meals in the room or dine al fresco on the lovely balconies attached to each room. In room washers and driers with courtesy laundry soap so when we left our bags were packed with clean clothes-making our journey home that much easier. Thank you Royal West Indies for a great stay!

Everything was lovely & the staff were extremely accommodating. Our condo was equipped with most everything one would need to prepare light microwavable meals (if so desired); even had a washer & dryer. Excellent restaurant on the property that offered breakfast, lunch & dinner daily, ala carte. Bring extra cash as many taxi drivers do not take credit cards & without a car you will need taxi service to the closest grocery store, gift shops & ice cream @ 1.5 miles away. If you have mobility issues, please find out if any condos have a walk-in shower - ours only had a tub with shower & no grab bars. Resort has 2 pools with 1 designated as "Quiet" for Adults only & a nice hot tub. Pleasant traditional decor & very comfortable beds.

The Royal West Indies Resort nestled in the shores of Grace Bay boasts a tranquil setting and a relaxing escape. We upgraded our room to ocean front view and I’m glad I did, we had the best view. Our room was so spacious and elegantly furnished offering a comfortable experience. The hotel staff were so friendly and attentive to ensure our pleasant stay. I appreciated well when we received a call from the front desk just to ask how our stay was going and if we needed anything that was an SOP which was really great for the accommodation. The Pelican restaurant features a wide variety of food selection and each day had a theme night which was really a hit. 2 thumbs up to the chef. The food was really exceptional. The resort offers a memorable and enjoyable experience, making it a highly recommended destination.
