We loved this place. My family of six had a great opportunity to stay in this quaint, lovely place. Pool was a great hit with my younger ones. And being in the center of town was definitely great place to walk around. Great breakfast and friendly service by Sebastian. All around highly recommend this lovely place.

Everything was ok until check out.. i stayed for at least a week and the final day of stay they overcharged late check out feee.. for 30min late after check out time, 12 pm. The customer service is non existence , the cleaning staff is great and the facilities are good. They never tell you upfront they will charge for 30 min late check out.. Great location for restaurants and museums. Elevator was not working (as warned in the listing) but 4th floor on hot days was not enticing. Pool was very cloudy. Staff was helpful in getting us into a room on a lower floor -- thank you for that. Independent coffee shop right off the lobby was convenient and good coffee. Interior courtyard is charming. Good shower pressure and hot water! Thank you for help holding our bags and getting us a taxi on our last day!

Good location, but no Hot Water in Shower

A perfect location for my needs. However, I never had hot water - 5 days of cold showers! My room: decent size, good A/C & great to have a mini fridge, but very hard bed/pillows, no sound proofing (I could hear the person in the next room snoring), & needs some maintenance attention. For the most part, the staff is really welcoming, kind, & helpful (though no one was eve able to effectively manage the hot water issue). No coffee in room or lobby & coffee shop attached to property doesn't open until 7 or 8 - so buy coffee/breakfast the night before if you have an early excursion.
