I wouldn’t recommend the suite to anyone!! Nightstand light didn’t work, couldn’t watch tv in bed because the tv is definitely in the wrong location. And in that location where the tv is it’s only a chair and a desk chair. Could get a good night sleep because of the outside lights shining through the cracks around the door. Definitely could use better looking curtains. Parking around back is definitely a bad location for vehicle break in. And please send me my 100 deposit which is ridiculous for what the experience I went too. Thank you!!!!

First off. I had stayed at this hotel previously about 10 years ago. And had an amazing stay. I'm not sure what happened in those ten years, but at the very least, it's false advertisement on the Hotels.com website. As all the pictures and information do not match the actual condition of this hotel. The pool area is run down and the hot tub and sauna are not in working condition. These should be removed from the hotel description as the lady at the front desk told me they are permanently closed. The pictures are very deceiving as well because the area is very run down, the waterfall feature in the pool area is broken and rusted. The water in the pool is not heated. Tried to get ice from the room where they have the ice maker and vending machine. Our key card did not work to gain access. At the very least, changes should be made to the pictures and description of the amenities as obviously they have changed. I would have chosen a different hotel if I knew this one has been run down over the last 10 years. We work very hard physical jobs and we were looking forward to the sauna and a soak in the hot tub.

The room was not vacuumed, the floor in the bathroom was dirty, there was no microwave in the room, and the air conditioner/ heater was very loud and did not work correctly. There was no ice machine in the building at all we had to go to the next building to get ice. The hot tub was permanently closed, and the indoor pool was very cold.

Room had a little heater to heat the room, my bed didn’t have a blanket and I froze the first night. They did get a me a blanket but the heater….I have no clue what that was about. Breakfast was ok too. No microwave in the room.

When we arrived at 11 pm and checked into our room one of the beds was partially unmaid and looked as if someone had rolled around on it while eating chocolate and got it all over the sheets. Went to front desk and were told they had no other rooms and were given sheets to re-make up the bed. The bathroom was undesirable and the Free Breakfast was sub par. I will say the woman at the front desk was nice and very apologetic. Things were out of her control and she did the best she could.

First room they gave us was EXTREMELY DIRTY!! Literally had a piece of bread just sitting by the toilet in the bathroom. The sheets had stains on them as well as the blankets. So they moved us to another room which had live crawling roaches in the bathroom. Had to cancel our reservation and get a new hotel. Lucky there was a hotel available on so short notice. But 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Pros: Breakfast, staff, front desk and lobby appearance, bed Cons: Pool, cleanliness, blankets, front desk availability, hardware and fixtures They need to back the price down from 125 to 75-80 and update the photos. The pool was laughably bad and the whole place feels very very old.

No thermostat control rooms where very muggy Cleanliness and up keep was poor No sauna was available and were using the sauna space as storage. Hot tub was out of order but pool was available but pool area could have definitely been cleaner. Basically what is advertised on the website currently is not the current condition of the hotel and definitely needs some upkeep and updates

The room was not well cleaned and there was a musty smell to it. The AC was so loud I had to shut it off just to hear the TV. There is no insulation between the walls so it sounded like someone was remodeling the room above me.
