My friend and I stayed at the hotel From the 9 to 12 of May.
But our first night was really not what we had expected. We arrived at 23:15 at night, we got our room nr 715, but it didn't look like the room I booked on hotels.com at all. It looked very old, and there was no pillows and no towels. So I went to the reception to get those, and got it. But we realized that the room was very dirty, dark hairs on the sheeds, crumbs on the nightstand, dust every where. But we were so tired to do something about that night, and decided to talk to you the morning after. We were promised a new room later that day. And the woman I talked to said that the room we got the first night, was not a room they usually use for guests. And the lady could not find us on the breakfast list with the room nr 715 either.
So we were told that we could right to the manneger on a email! We would like to get a discount for the first night, we were sadly not satisfied at all. But no answer at all!
But I also want to say that we were very glad about the room we got afterwards.
I hope we can find a solution for our stay for the first night at your hotel.
