The room was sufficient and the motel was clean. The breakfast was not breakfast it was contental breakfast composed of coffee, juice,bread items, cereals and red apples. It wasn’t worth the time 😟

The real bummer upon arrival was the fact that the elevator was out of order. We had to hike our suitcases three flights the whole weekend …we were there for dance competition so that really was no fun. But the staff more than made up for that. Probably the nicest hotel staff I’ve encountered, and they probably had a lot of complaining , angry people. But they didn’t let that change the kindness they showed!!

The elevator was not working the whole entire stay so we had to use the stairs not a huge deal but so did eveyone else. When people would go through the stairway doors they would just let them slam. Our room was right next to the stairway so we would hear doors slamming all hours of the night. Therefore sleeping was difficult. Also there treadmill machine is broke so I was unable to get my workouts in. By the looks of it in the picture of the gym it has been broken for awhile. It is still stuck in the incline position. Takes forever to get hot water for a shower.

The elevator was broken. We drag all our stuff up the stairs to our 3rd floor room for the key not to work, they had to replace the battery on the lock. Though that was takend care of so we left to get food. When we got back, the key disnt work again. They had to let us in with the regular key the first night, with no way for us to get back in our room. We left early the next morning and when we returned it had been fixed. No issues until the next day. Finally they moved ua to a different room, so we had to drag all our stuff down the stairs back to the first floor for our last night. The daytime manager on duty was very helpful.

It was clean and the staff was very helpful in making arrangements for a room on the ground floor. The elevator was not working as broken water pipes had damaged the electrical system. It was a cheaper motel available and the amenities and cleanliness were appreciated. We stayed during the middle of the week so the breakfast selection was limited. The following day sausage patties, scrambled eggs and potatoes were available.

Room keys didn’t work for many rooms. Many things are out of order on the property. People don’t respect quiet times at all. Nobody mans the desk to help with room keys 3 times.

The fronnt desk staff was amazing! I had an issue with getting a rental car and they went above and beyond to help. The room was clean and comfortable. I come once a year for work and i will definitely make this my go to hotel.

The hotel was just fine. Very clean and in good condition. I had two issues though…the first morning I needed assistance and looked all over the front desk area and yelled hello trying to get someone’s attention. I found a gal sweeping the hallway with both ear buds in - turns out she was the manager who was managing the front desk. It was weird. Leave an ear bud out! The second night at 10:30 there were people trying to get into our room. They left and came back shortly trying to get in again. I was alone with my two young daughters so it startled us all but it turned out it was a couple who had been given keys to our room…they had been given our already occupied room. So that sucked.
