Our connecting flight was delayed 7 hrs, I updated the property of this so there would be no issue getting a shuttle to the hotel. When I called to request the shuttle once we arrived, I was hung up on FOUR TIMES by the rudest front desk lady I have ever encountered. When she finally sent the shuttle, the driver did not greet us, did not load our luggage, just opened the trunk and got in the cab.
The same front desk lady was obviously having the worst day of her life and the attitude and curt language was incredibly disrespectful and wholly unprofessional. She cut me off, rudely told me she had the information she needed. When our room was assigned, she held up the key card and said, "Here's your room. The elevator is over there." and THREW the keys at me. Not handed them to me, not slipped them under the glass. No. She THREW them at me with disgust on her face. The most unprofessional and nasty worman ever. We get to the room and it REEKED of marijuana. It was overpowering and thick. Then we looked up and saw why. The previous guests had crammed the smoke detector with tissue paper rendering it inoperable, and when you opened the unscreened window, the joints were all over the roof. When this massive breach was pointed out to your staff, they did nothing. No room change, no apology, nothing. So rude, so dismissive. No offer of a credit, a pass for a meal. Nothing. Ramada will not get our business again.
