Needs plumbing repairs: tub water control does not close completely and toilet keeps running water. Also, a grab bar bor entering and exiting tub would be helpful for us elderly guests. Otherwise excellent.

Good location for quick and easy access to I-Drive near the Universal Parks. Room was well equipped and spacious. Bed was comfy and bathroom was very clean. Thoroughly recommend!

Don’t book with Sonder!!

Booking with Sonder was the worst experience! There is no one physically at the location who works for Sonder, you have to call them over the phone and check in is through the phone as well. It took almost 2 hours to check in because the system they use to scan your ID was having issues reading the ID, which is terrible because why not allow the front desk clerk check ID like any other hotel. Then after taking 2 hours to check in when I got to the door of my suite, the code they gave me didn’t open the door, so I had to call and sit on hold for another 30 minutes! The condition of the suite wasn’t that bad but don’t expect any cookware in the FULL kitchen. Why have a stove top oven but no pans to cook in? I then asked to be accommodated on my last day by requesting a late check out and was told it wasn’t possible to approve. I’ve stayed in many hotels and never had an experience like this, it was unbelievable.

Local excelente, limpo e aconchegante. Cozinha bem equipada, nos economizou bastante. Única coisa ruim é que estão fazendo obra na rua e o barulho vai de 7 da manhã até 17h, mas com as janelas fechadas ouvimos pouco.

Perfect hotel for our weekend getaway! Easy check in, nice room, very clean, nice pool area and the location was perfect! It was close to a lot of entertainment and things to do. Overall I think I will be using this hotel a lot more often!

Not bad but NASTY carpet

In general, the property is okay but our unit had the filthiest carpet I think we’ve ever seen and needs to be replaced immediately. Unacceptable! We arrived after 1AM so had to stay. Walls and trim really need a fresh painting as well. If it wasn't for that, would rate much higher.

Basic but very clean and pool area was lovely. Could do with a clothes airer for stuff that wouldn’t go in a dryer but besides that perfectly equipped.

Highly recommend!

This property was great for our two night stay before leaving for our cruise. The room was very spacious and was completely stocked with plates, etc in the kitchenette. That was a pleasant surprise. It is an order property but has been updated and looks great. It was 5minutes from Universal and anything we needed. We will definitely return to this property and stay at other Sounders when we travel!

Perfectly fit the bill

Hotels.com offers some good deals, and this was one that fit the bill. Booking was easy, check-in online quick and efficient. The room was spacious for two people, comfortable bed, gorgeous view. We would definitely come again for the discounted price we received!
