Did not live up to my expectations
Check in wAs alright but the door to our suite did not lock so we had to move. The 2nd room outlets did not all work
The shower didn’t work
There was black crud around the tub faucets and the caulking around the toilet was peeling away
The air conditioner was leaking onto the carpet saturating it till it couldn’t be absorbed by towels
The hair dryer didn’t work
The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the shower didn’t work
However. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. The towels were soft. The television was really large with a great picture. The refrigerator wS larger than expected and the microwave was clean. The coffee in our room was very good
When I asked the housekeeper for assistance she was professional and polite
