The service was excellent very friendly people but at the end when I was going inside the hotel, the car run up to me and say are you staying in this hotel and I show him my wristband and he said sorry but everything else was excellent. I love it.

Tried to charge my 15 yr old an adult rate. In the other room I rented was double occupancy for my parents and they tried to charge extra for my mother in that room. Customer service is terrible, with all the other options in Acapulco. I would definitely not stay here again

Piscina, praia e localização excelentes! Dito isso, tive uma experiência frustrante: reservei um quarto com cama King e me colocaram em um com cama Queen. Só trocaram depois que insisti bastante. No segundo dia, o quarto ficou com forte cheiro de esgoto — reclamei, mas ninguém resolveu o problema. Acabei deixando o hotel e indo para outro, muito melhor!
