The hotel has a message that you don’t see until after you have reserved the room that says you have to check in by midnight because they don’t have staff after that. It says to call and arrange your check-in. I called multiple times. I reached out tohotel.com And the lady I was on a chat with was nice enough to try calling also. No response she emailed them also no response. I did not reach them so I had to complete an additional three hours of trip to get to my destination exhausted. I want a refund
