Hello, I’m currently staying at the Travelodge by Wyndham South Burlington. One of the primary reasons I booked this property was because it advertised an outdoor swimming pool. After a four-hour drive with my daughter, we arrived expecting to enjoy the pool, only to find it completely covered and unusable. There was no indication during booking that the pool was closed. My daughter was extremely disappointed, and frankly so was I. It set the tone for our entire stay before we had even unpacked. Beyond the unavailable pool, the property’s overall condition has been disappointing and far below what I expect from a Wyndham-branded hotel. I’m requesting that Wyndham review this property’s listing and provide an appropriate gesture of goodwill for the misrepresentation and disappointing experience.

They are definitely currently renovating this location but the room we were in was amazing and the beds were actually really comfortable (a rarity at hotels). Doordash is easily available (with TONS of choices) I do not know if they have a breakfast bar as we didnt leave the room till we were ready to check out. The pool was closed which was sad. We absolutely would stay there again though just for the beds, lol.

Room appeared clean but was full of flies and odors to the point that we had to request a different room. The second “non-smoking” room had clearly seen smoke and there was no hot water in the shower and no coffeemaker. Attendant was helpful, though, and very pleasant. Still—don’t recommend.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, but in our room the front door weather stripping was shot and cold air came in at a good pace, and the heating system had trouble keeping up. Water was hot with decent pressure and towels were adequate. Decent breakfast set up.

Decent Breakfast. Cleanliness was most certainly lacking. Cleaner never removed jeans and top from bed just pulled cover over them. Toiletries half full and appeared left over from previous guests. Coffee machine broken, tv did not work although a nice man came and fixed the tv for ud.

Staff was very friendly. The property itself... well you can hear people walking all night long. The flooring on the balcony must be made from thin wood because it’s super loud. You have to turn you television up so you don’t here people walking or talking outside. You get what you pay for I guess.

I couldn't reach and see the controls for the heat in the room I had. I also didn't have any tissues in the bedroom or bathroom. Everything else was very nice. Loved the setup for breakfast and check in was easy and friendly.
