Booked online, got there about 4:30p, there was an extremely long line to check in. There were signs to check in with app, downloaded app and went through all
the steps but it wouldn’t accept my itinerary number, wanted a confirmation number. There was sometimes one then 2 workers checking in guests with sometimes two others just standing behind the desk. After 45 minutes waiting in line, my friend checks in to a smoking room that she didn’t want, then I go and they said my room wasn’t ready. I asked if I could go to the pool for a little bit then and they said yes, but had no time frame. I asked if my room would be given to someone else and she said no. No apology, not friendly whatsoever. So we go to the pool for a couple hours, come back to check in and Sophie, rolls her eyes at us! Proceeds to be rude, says they don’t have a king suite, what I paid for online, gives us a double queen room, again no apology or anything, just attitude. I ask her if it’s going to be cheaper and she says no. The worst customer service and felt like they had no clue what they were doing and not enough front desk workers. But out at the pool there were several workers just standing around doing nothing, while there was trash everywhere. We were full price paying customers paying $350+ for room, $100+ for the buffet for 2 people, gambled—but we will never be back, absolutely disgusted with workers.
