Was charged more than was quoted. Handicap room on second floor with a tub. I'm in a wheelchair. This time around the trip honestly wasn't good. The whole 2nd floor handicap room with a tub really contributed a lot to it. Not having a manager on site or anyway to get a hold of the manager was ridiculous. It really did no good to approach the front desk. When I asked for a corporate # I was told she didn't have one and then gave me 2 numbers to call that still wasn't corporate.
