There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again

TODO BIEN EXCEPTO LA COMIDA

El lugar esta lindo, la alberca grande y comoda, las camas tambien son comodas Lo unico que tiene en desventaja son los alimentos, el bufet deja mucho que desear la comida no tiene muy buen sabor y las bebidas estan demasiado rebajadas. Recomiendo para comer que vayan a la cevicheria todas las tostadas estan muy ricas y para bebidas el bar que esta aun costado de la recepcion. De los restaurantes de especialidad el italiano no estaba tan bueno, el que me gusto demasiado fue el mexicano la comida 10/10

When checking in the staff was rude and ask my son that where was he going that only people that where staying at this hotel can come in the reception area. My son said we just got here and want to check in. Receptionist people weren’t very helpful or friendly. I do have to say the bartender and the ceviche restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive.

Nunca se me había ocurrido llegar a este hotel, y fu muy grata mi experiencia, un personal super atentos, cerca del malecón, me volvería a hospedar sin duda alguna , solamente no hay estacionamiento, pero en donde se deja el carro te hacen un 50 por ciento de descuento, sellando tu boleto en recepción. Y los show de entretenimiento un poco escaso a comparación de otros hoteles

Great Hotel!

We had a great time at this resort. As a group of female college students we were worried of being taken advantage since we were traveling alone, but this was not the case. The hotel staff took great care of us and were very helpful throughout our entire stay. I think overall the rooms, bathrooms, common spaces, and pools were really well taken care of and overall clean spaces. The one improvement that they could make would be the food, while it is not inedible, it is not the greatest. Overall we had a really great time here and I definitely recommend.

Very poor service

Horrible check -in and check -our experience. No instructions given at Check-in. At check-out I left the key in the room ( like I have done at reputable resorts) but at this place one if the women working at the front desk told me to go back to my room and bring her the key or else she'll charge a fee. I told her it was okay then she changed her mind and told me she'll call the police if I did not go to the room and bring the key to the front desk. I told her I would not and she can call the police. Finally a male employee went to the room and got the key. Worse service and treatment I have ever experienced. This was a last minute weekend getaway and not too many hotels with suite floorplans were available so I booked Canto. Needless to say I would never stay there again and I do not recommend it to anyone. My one star is for the very few employees who tried to be attentive. Overall, it was a terrible stay

When we first arrived we were greeted with drinks, which is a great first impression.. we quickly got our room/condo and that’s where things kinda went down hill.. we booked a luxury suite for 6 of us but were given a regular suite. Normally I wouldn’t mind, however the difference in quality between the two were night and day. The only reason we booked this hotel instead of another all inclusive was because the luxury suite looked so nice. We definitely would have chosen somewhere else if all they had was a regular suite. We also talked to other people and they said the same thing happened to them.

I'll never go to this resort again

The front desk staff doesn't have any coordination between them. They don't know which member is off, they saycony day they don't have a sofa-bed matress, the next day they deliver it to the suite. Room Srvice takes at least one hour to deliver food, the quality of which is poor. In the restaurant we got our food on chipped with cracks and dents plates. Someone trewup in the pool and it took about 30 min to clean the vomit.

Casi todo bien, pero te dicen que con la pulsera vip puedes cenar en sus restaurantes de autor y en ninguno tienen lugar, básicamente no sirve de nada traer una mejor pulsera, no ofrecen nada en especial. El gerente no da soluciones, pero el personal es amable, otra cosa, nos tocó una boda y te quitan la mitad del área para huéspedes (camastros y espacios) la música la ponen a alto volumen y se escucha muy fuerte en las habitaciones, más si estás en una habitación frente a su fiesta.

El lugar en general es bueno, todo el personal es extremadamente amable, se encargan de que tu estancia sea de lo mejor. El lugar se nota que esta algo descuidado en el área de habitaciones, la regadera no salía agua caliente, a lo mucho fresca, y había un olor algo extraño. Por lo demás todo muy bien
