Would not recommend

At check in, our room smelled like someone had just finished smoking a pack of cigarettes. We complained and were relocated to a room that was better. When turning in, found dark hairs on the bedding and again on the shower curtains which made us question how well the rooms were cleaned. There was trash in the hallway and even in broken the ice maker on our floor. We stayed 2 nights annd the room was not cleaned during the day. Overall, the hotel was just not good. Random printers in the hallway near the fitness room. Trash in the parking lot. Just a junkie hotel. Definitely not on par for a Comfort Inn property.

Guest security

My issue was with the check in. The clerk announced my room number, there were people sitting in the lobby. I felt a lack of security, as I was traveling solo.

Nasty Bathrooms

Bed was soooo comfortable. Bathroom was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever been in. If i had more time and if I wasn’t a female staying alone, I would’ve switched rooms. Toilet seat was chipped. Shower curtain was ripped and stained. Shower walls were also stained. Gagged my entire night there. Couldn’t even trust towels.

Do not stay!

The room was old, smelled, and was way too hot. The door to my room didn’t close or lock. I stayed in room 306 so if you ever happen to be given that room, as to change. The entire hotel was old and looked like it hasn’t received upgrades since the 2000s. The pool area was dirty as well. Swimmable but they don’t even bother cleaning it.

Not what I expected

Hotel was not how it was advertised. Heat/AC didn’t work, bathroom door squeaked, one of the lamps next to my bed didn’t turn off so it was on all night the other light didn’t turn on. Bathroom door was nasty as I uploaded the pics. Breakfast was bad also

The hotel was nice . Unfortunately, the 2nd day there was almost nothing left at breakfast, although we arrived 45 minutes before it ended. Also, the he rooms are definitely not sound proof- and both nights we heard things going on in the next room that we did not want to. The pool was great, and it's located near restaurants and shopping!

Room keys stopped working for us on three occasions and needed to be reprogrammed. Front desk staff is not pleasant.

pleasantly surprised

I booked for an impromptu visit with my twin sister and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was pleasant and a tentative, she even gave us joining rooms. The rooms were clean and really roomy. The only thing I didnt like was the broken key pass to enter from rear parking, and the carpets on the floor in the room were really outdated. We plan on booking another stay with more time so we can discover the area more.
