This resort is amazing. Great beach and pool, staff, and food. Room was cleaned and towel was replaced couple of times a day for pool use and drinks and snackes are stocked nicely evry day. Only complain i have is that they gave me tequila when i ordered vodka couple of times....not sure it was accident. Other than that great place to stay and we will for sure come back.

We just wrapped up a 12-day stay at Catalonia Royal Tulum, and once again it reminded us why we keep coming back. This was our 17th visit, and we're anxiously looking forward to the 18th. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the people. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel special, loved, and genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The beach is the BEST in Mexico, the food was so good we both gained 5 pounds! A big shoutout to some of the amazing people that are the heart and soul of this resort: The entertainment team—Diego, Paulina, Abraham, and Eddie; BLoved, we were spoiled daily by Marco (the best beach server EVER!), Argel, Roberto, Jesus, and Alix The buffet staff—Juan, Alejandra, Sandy, and Quetzabe and Enedino at the lobby bar. • Mamma Mia (Italian) – thank you David • Rauxa – wonderful service from Flaviano and Esther • Mexican restaurant – another great experience with David • Asian restaurant – excellent service from Alejandro • Steakhouse – a big thank you to Gabriel • Guest Services - Miguel, Daniel, Daniela, and Miguel • Housekeeper - Paula • Spa - Gabriola We can't wait to return to the white sandy beach with the bluest blue water.

The staff were extremely friendly. We were surprised that there was no dinner buffet available unless you purchased the privilege package. Unfortunately during my stay, I got severe food poisoning and was extremely ill for pretty much the rest of our stay (it occurred on our second last night).

This resort was beautiful. We got the Priviledged upgrade which was definitely worth it just for the BLoved restaurant. The upselling pressure by the white shirt concierge group was relentless and very frustrating. We already paid a ton of money. Leave it alone already. Food overall was good to excellent. Beach and pool were great. Very clean. It would be great if at an all inclusive if adding a tip option to the overall bill was available. Carrying tip money in your bathing suit is annoying. Most staff were lovely and service was great.
