check in was ok. Hotel needs renovations asap. There us alot of patchwork going on. Our room was ok until after cleaning and settling in we noticed the bathroom ceiling was apparently leaking before. water stains and bubbling paint down the walls. We go mention to front desk Easha and she was very dismissive. She immediately said we don't give discounts and refused to send someone up to look. Asked to have a mgr, she said will get bk to us. Later she said can offer another room only to inconvenience us from having to pack up everything and reclean another room to move and still nothing to accomodate the inconvenience. My thing is if cleaning people are in & out, I am sure they were aware of the terrible ceiling and wet walls, but yet you still gave us that room.
