Thoroughly friendly skyrise hotel. Probably for businessmen and conventions, but great for the weary tourist too. Tons of parking, a great gift shop, and a very good restaurant for lunch. Perfect locale if the ferry to Sado Island is your next stop.

Amazing hotel in Niigata! Great service from the staff. They have a person who will greet you when you enter. Another person waiting at the elevator. Reception staff are very kind and friendly. Hotel accommodation is great. View of Niigata city is very nice. Across from the hotel is the Bandai pier where you can find the seafood market and the street food. Close to Niigata station.

The hotel’s only small downside is that it is slightly isolated - very convenient to the convention center next door, but not much else. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Niigata.
