Everyone was polite and professional. The room was clean. The breakfast was satisfactory. Our only issue is the room was extremely small, with no space to put our clothes or luggage. Basically had to place in the narrow walking and jump over our stuff all day. Additionally, the lighting is terrible.

The rooms are small and there is not much room. I suggest you pack small luggage and if you’re sharing the room, that you really like the person you are with. This was our 4th time staying at Townplace and we absolutely love it! The staff is fantastic! The rooms are clean. Walter has checked us in our last two stays and he is the absolute best! He’s a gem! We misunderstood something on the listing and he helped clarify in the most courteous way!

Very clean and comfortable hotel, very well located and in a safe area. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was varied. There is tean and coffee available in the lobby all day and a lovely raco place opposite the hotel! Overall quiet however from 5am it does get noisy with sirens, cars honking, traffic but this is mid-town and nothing the hotel can do about it.

We love the location of this hotel

Amazing location, this is for sure the main pro of this hotel. The room space is in average for NY, it offers what is needed for a short stay - to me 5 days is the maximum. The staff works very well, due to the fact there are high number of rooms. This generates pain points like a big line for elevators and breakfast, with long time of waiting.

This room was very small and not what I originally booked. I was switched to a room with a balcony to accommodate. The parking was almost as expensive as the price of the four night stay. I will never book here again.

I never been so aggravated in my life this room had faulty compressor and a jack hammer spound in the ceiling. My family we not able to sleep. I called receptionist multiplentimes to a no answer to the point i had to get dressed and go down and 2 am xfor them to send a maintenence man to my room. Using 3rd party apps is becoming a hinderence platnium status means nothing not like my diamond status with hilton. I travel for a living and this was the worst hotel i stayed in and i couldnt leave because of the 3rd party app according to the property.

立地は良く、地下鉄やPen Stationにも近くよかった。 朝食は種類は多くないが、スタッフがてきぱきと動いていて、気持ちよく食事ができた。 フロントの隣に無料でコーヒー、紅茶の提供がされており、ウォーターサーバーも1階に設置されていたため、滞在中にお水を購入する必要がなかったので、ありがたかった。 ただ、5泊したうち2泊は16時以降に部屋に戻ってきたのに部屋が掃除されておらず、タオルだけを交換してもらう必要があった。 またトイレ、シャワー、洗面所エリアと部屋との境がドアではなく、引き戸だったが、絨毯に引き戸がひっかかり、ドアの開け閉めは両手でかなりの力を加えないと開かず、苦労した。
