Great Stay

The room was small, but that's expected in NYC. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean as well and we were fully stocked with amenities. The hot stuff in the free breakfast was cold, but their bagels were delicious. It was also a free breakfast buffet and we went at a very busy time. My friend left her charger behind and they actually emailed us offering to mail it back!

Very clean and comfortable hotel, very well located and in a safe area. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was varied. There is tean and coffee available in the lobby all day and a lovely raco place opposite the hotel! Overall quiet however from 5am it does get noisy with sirens, cars honking, traffic but this is mid-town and nothing the hotel can do about it.

Tight rooms. Loved the Kitchenette. The included breakfast wasn’t great. Trying to serve too many people. All the hot food was basically cold. I only ate there the first morning. Elevators have a long wait. Very touristy but clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay in the middle of Manhattan

We loved this hotel. It was clean, location was super, and staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than we expected. Room was equipped with all we needed. Only tiny minus was lack of elevators, waiting time during breakfast was a bit long. We will definitely come back!

Had to wait over 10 mins for an elevator on each occasion, long queues for mediocre breakfast, lack of space in rooms for cases or drawers for clothes. Cleaning cart permanently left blocking our exit from room along our narrow corridor. Room was clean and comfortable but experience was lacking overall.

Amazing location, this is for sure the main pro of this hotel. The room space is in average for NY, it offers what is needed for a short stay - to me 5 days is the maximum. The staff works very well, due to the fact there are high number of rooms. This generates pain points like a big line for elevators and breakfast, with long time of waiting.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in New York! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the check-in and check-out process were so smooth and pleasant. This is now my home when I’m in Manhattan. The rooms are spacious with well equipped kitchens. WiFi is extremely fast and the staff are always a delight. Easy walk to the theatre district and lots of good restaurants and food stores very close by. Will be booking my next stay shortly. Thank you for looking after me again.

Lovely hotel. Location very convenient but quiet. Breakfast perfect! Hotel staff couldn’t do more to help including free early check in and holding luggage on last day. Room spacious and very clean. Only downfall air conditioning quite noisy.
