We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast is what you would expect at any hotel, but the staff is very quick to clean up and restock what is offered. The pool area was being serviced so I cannot comment on it. This hotel is within walking distance to everything on the Gatlinburg strip. The entrance to the GSMNP is less than 5 minutes away. This is our go to place when visiting Gatlinburg.

The room was clean and fine, but the pool is closed (which was the main reason we booked the hotel), and the breakfast was for sure lacking. The price was good, but I’m not sure I would stay again.

The site noted the pool and hot tub down only until the end of February. Both were closed. I booked this hotel for these amenities. The front desk clerk was very rude. She demanded we move our car without asking if either one of us had a disability that impeded our walking. It was parked in a regular parking spot and not in the way of any other vehicles. When we declined to move it she basically threw our room keys at us.

This place isn't terrible but there are a few things that need improvement. The shower turned into a bath quickly because the drain was stopped up. The toilet was lopsided because of what appeared to be broken tile underneath. The mini fridge was hot the first day of our stay, then froze our items the second day of the stay. Parking is $15 per night of stay.The lobby smelled like there was a gas leak when we first arrived. The hallway on the sixth floor smelled very musty, but our room smelled fine. The pool is closed for repair. The positives... the staff were friendly, the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, the location is great, the bed was comfortable.

the pool was out of service which was a good part of the reason we chose this hotel was because the pool looked beautiful then turned out it’s been closed since january and knowhere does it say that when you go to book the beds were a little uncomfortable and the blankets were atrocious

Room was nice and clean. It was on the strip around everything. Only thing is I saw a few stink bugs in the room. Loved the balcony. The breakfast was average, but the main thing is the indoor pool was not open. If I know it was closed I wouldn't have booked. Other than that the hotel was nice.
