My only complaint would be the pillows and the amount of plastic and Styrofoam used in the dining room for breakfast. GREAT location and staff! We were able to walk plenty of places and has covered parking. We plan on returning next year and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was a great location in Gatlinburg, located just behind Old Smokey Hollor on River Rd. It wasn’t the fanciest, but it did have comfortable beds, good water pressure for showers, and free parking.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful time, you can’t beat the location. All staff we encountered were very nice and welcoming and answered any questions we had. The view was lovely and we spent a bit of time just hanging out on the balcony looking over the river and being so centrally located, we easily walked to places like Anakeesta, our favorite breakfast spot Crockett’s, the Aquarium and the best was being right across from Fannie Farkles to grab a late night corn dog. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to it!
