It was ok - exactly as posted, however the hot water in the shower lasted less than 10 minutes regardless of the time of day. Lots of water pressure and the mattress was very good to sleep on. Pictures made room and bathroom appear much larger than they actually were.

ME ENCANTO!

El hotel es muy increíble, es una opción realmente acojedora aún que es algo reducido porque son como contenedores y al no ser paredes de concreto se escucha demasiado el ruido de los alrededores, fuera de eso en personas es muy amable y atento. Lo recomiendo porque tiene una maravillosa vista a la laguna donde también puedes apreciar LA ISLA DE LOS PÁJAROS.

Not recommended

Walls are so thin you hear everything loudly. Dock is so short you would be swimming among the reeds if you got into the water. Only 2 restaurants nearby for dinner; the main part of town is a 25 min walk away.

Great ambience and beautiful location on the water

We had a wonderful stay for three nights. The ambience was stunning. Location perfect with a great restaurant across the road. Staff were kind and helpful. Easy and fast check in. Great loungers at the water’s edge. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. Great pride shown in this amazing gem. I hope to be back. ❤️❤️

The photos they show are very altered, the conditions of the hotel are bad, the staff has no training to make you feel welcome, the breakfast is very poor, as well as the service is terrible... you never feel so welcome, we chose to leave early and lose a night. The pool is terrible... what a shame not to feel good and welcome.

Needs updating

The entire property needs repairs, renovations, etc.The bridge planks are broken in some places and nail heads are sticking out. It is dangerous to walk barefoot. But breakfast was good fresh made eggs, omelette.

Lugar pésimamente atendido. Tenías que pedir por favor que te asearan la habitación y si no lo pedías no la limpiaban; la cocinera te tiraba el desayuno paupérrimo ( insuficiente hasta para los niños ) … todo muy mal tenido , me sentí estafada

El Internet no sirvió en toda la estancia lo cual lo hizo complicado para trabajo remoto y oara los ratos en la noche para descansar viendo TV. La persona q servía el dessyuno, Ana, fue DEMASIADO grosera y NADA amigable.

Underwhelming

Access was tough. The entry way was through what seemes to bw the back. With no signage no directions. The room was modest but less than what i expected and paid for. It was off to the side of the main building. The "hotel" was more of a private home where rooms were rented as hotels rooms.

Badest expirience in Mexico!!!

The room was big,beds OK.thats the good things. in the room no furnitures Like a table or chair.no frige.no safe.no Coffee machine.no chairs at the beach. Breakfast No fresh Milk,Toast,Butter or honey.the Service Girl unfriendly.

Mehr Schein als Sein

Wir hatten dieses Hotel aufgrund der Bilder gebucht, die einen traumhaft schönen Aufenthalt versprachen. Unterhalb des modernen Haupthauses wohnten wir in einer Cabaña direkt oberhalb des Seeufers. der Zugang dazu und der gesamte Garten war äußerst ungepflegt. verrostete Metallstümpfe um einen vermoderten Holzpfosten erinnerten daran, dass dies ein Chillsitz im Wasser sein sollte. Der Zugang zum Steg war abenteuerlich. Die Bretter hatten schon große Löcher und gaben beim Gehen nach. Das Zimmer selbst war ordentlich. Das Frühstück sehr übersichtlich. Zwei Getränke durfte man wählen. Mit viel Mühe konnte man der Bedienung ein Lächeln hervorlocken.
