Excellent location, close to restaurants and multiple metro stations. The apartment was spacious and had all what we needed including all kitchen utensils. We had a lovely stay at this Citadines! It was excellently located for everything we wanted to do (walkable / runnable to lots of major landmarks). It was clean, nicely designed, comfortable, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Worth noting that cleaning is extra (we didn’t use it so I can’t remember how much), and whilst there is a kettle in the room, if you want coffee or tea you have to go to reception to use the coffee machine and/or grab tea bags.

We enjoyed our stay at Citadines Republique Paris. It s a smaller boutique hotel with all the mod cons including an amazing shower with press button controls and a choice of a massive showerhead or a handheld. There's no laundry facilities but you can cook if you want and being able to control temperature on your air conditioning was..."cool"! The unexpected was provision for accessible water (cold, room temp, bubbly) in the lobby, free pod coffee machines in the rooms or real bean coffee machine in the lobby. They also had an ice machine and carafe of water with lemon and lime but they were continually empty. The location is simply amazing with so many restaurants in walking distance and easy access to several underground Metro stations. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Great hotel! We had a 5 night comfortable stay. Hotel is short walk to Parmentier, St. Ambroise and Oberkampf Metro stations. Close to two supermarkets. Lots of great restaurants within short walking distance. Room was newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Stayed on the 4th floor where it was very quiet. The kitchenette was great and came stocked with glasses and dishes.

The metro is literally across the road so perfect to get around Paris. A lovely and less touristy area so you really get a feel of France when walking around. Great rest bite from the hectic city centre. The hotel room itself suited our needs and was clean and a great size. I do wish the toilet had been in the actual bathroom or there had been at least a sink in the room with the toilet. Also, after a long day we would have liked to watch a bit of TV but there was no option for English subtitles so we couldn’t follow along with anything.

Not all Citidines are alike!

This hotels is located in a nice neighborhood and pretty easy Metro connections. We have stayed at other Citidines in Paris. This one was a bit shabby and tired. Old appliances in the kitchen, cracked sink in the bathroom, and the shower sprayed all over the floor when showering. Beds were ok with good linens and pillows. We did not have the breakfast for 14 euros but had access to the coffee machine.
