I’m absolutely furious with the appalling service I’ve received. After making a confirmed reservation, I arrived at the hotel only to be told it was canceled — with no warning, no explanation, and absolutely no attempt to fix the situation.
This is beyond unacceptable. I planned my trip around this reservation and was left stranded without a place to stay. No apology, no alternatives offered, just a complete disregard for the inconvenience, time, and money your hotel has cost me.
This kind of treatment is disgraceful and completely unprofessional. I expect a full explanation and immediate compensation for this nightmare of an experience. I will also be leaving public reviews so that other travelers aren’t blindsided like I was.
