We stayed in South Tower, 1539, which is categorized as a One bedroom. The room was fine, but would not stay again. Updates are needed to this room- there are cracks in the walls, bath fixtures covered in rust, and a visible gap that runs from floor to ceiling next to the balcony door. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was lacking. Upon unfolding the pullout couch, we found a can of Axe body spray and several Cheetos. There was trash on the floor in the bedroom. (Clear juice box straw wrappers, but, still present.)
The staff at check in was friendly, as was the custodial staff that continually cleaned the main lobbies. All other service staff were incredibly rude. The bartenders in Sandtrap Sports bar (I think her name is Buttercup??) were especially awful.
We did enjoy the multiple pools of this location, as well as the fact we often saw security present. However, the cons here unfortunately outweigh the pros.
