Nice place to stay, the staffs are very friendly, and free bus to take you to the airport!

everything’s good, expect not provide clear information for shuttle bus from airport to hotel. there are so many doors can excess to island 3, they did not mentioned which one i should go for so that it takes me more than 3o mins to get on bus in the cold 20 degree midnight.

Most disappointing La Quinta stay in my life, the room was dirty, paint pealing, the door was splintered where the security lock was attached as if it was kicked in, no regular coffee for the little coffee maker. The staff was excellent, we felt that somehow the general maintenace as substandard.

The staff was friendly but the hotel was in rough condition. The pool was out of order and the TV in our room didn't work. The bathroom door looked like it has been chewed?

I was given a room that was already occupied. They apologized and gave me another room. That room had an outside door handle that literally feel off in my hand. Took handle with me when I checked out!

This hotel is decent for the price. I have a few criticisms that seem like fairly simple things that could be addressed. The sheets and towels were stained and that’s something. The hotel should address with their service provider. Our mattress was very very old and squishy and my husband and I both felt like we were sleeping in a hole. That’s something I hope the hotel will address. Something I found startling was that the hotel had put out a tip jar for the free breakfast. I’ve never seen this before. I grow increasingly uncomfortable that our service providers are failing to provide a livable wage for their staff and are relying on customers to tip in order to bring their wages up. I find this to be quite disturbing

The stay was terrible. 1) 9:00 pm no hot water did not want to move after a long day. 2) 2 am very loud crowd of people in the room across the hall. Multiple people in the hallway, slamming doors, loud talking. I asked them to be quiet. 3) 4:30 am more loud noises and again I went out to ask them to be quiet. 4) 5:00 loud people leaving and purposely pounded on our door as they left. ran out of the building so we couldn’t catch them. I called the front desk and complained. 5) 7:00 am AND 9:00 am housekeeping knocking on the door to clean the room. Check out was 11 and we were trying to get sleep that we lost during the night. 6) breakfast over at 8:00 (most places are until 10) and by 7:30 most food was gone. Not a good selection of pastries. 7) when we checked out I expressed my concern about the lack of hot water and noise. It did not appear there was a record of my call at 5 am. I was offered $20 off but I would have to contact Expedia and file the paperwork to get the discount.
