Toilet needs a new fill valve assembly. We had to remove tank lid and tap the top of the valve after each use. We were not in the room a lot so it was no big deal. Also, after we booked the room, we found out that all king beds were all upstairs. I am handicaped and the clerk told us it would be an additional $30 for our stay to stay downstairs. Bad form!

Very nice family staff! Very safe. So close to beautiful undeveloped beach of Anastasia State Park!! Very short walk to pier, restaurants, and beach. The family that runs this place are so kind and the husband was so helpful with my noise complaint about spring breakers and asked them to move their music to the pool area so I could sleep. They also have adorable little bulldog that I love!! Next to circle K for everything breakfast and they have good coffee, creamer, sugar, cups, microwave, and fridge in room. Publix food store is close by with good sushi and subs. The fridge fit all my food, beer, and a gallon of milk. The beds were very clean and the tub spotless! The maids were sweet and gave me privacy for my 5 night stay, refreshing towels and taking trash but leaving me alone otherwise. The rates were better than anything on all of A1A. Best local food at Osteens just five minutes drive to see the bridge of Lions and eat spicy local Minorcan chowder! Loved it and can’t wait to come back!!

The room was very dated. Surface appeared clean but just walking on floor (carpet) turned my feet "black". Room had smell of smoke or musty and the fridge, which I was counting on (for medicine) would not cool enough so I got iced and packed in cooler. This was just a stop sleep over on a trip so by time we arrived it was all we needed. Would not stay again.

Our stay was really lovely. First off, the location is perfect, there was plenty of options for food, ALL of which were delicious, as well; as activities after the beach. Even view of the Embassy suites across the street was really nice. Ocean Breeze Inn, itself is a clean, safe & wonderfully managed place if your looking for a quick beach getaway. The room was a little stark but considering its a beach inn, it was a plus there wasn't a lot of furniture to get sand on. We stayed in a king suite that was very spacious & had a nice bathroom with a kitchenette. My companion and I really enjoyed our stayed. It was a low key peaceful getaway from our busy lives. Ocean breeze Inn is somewhere I will absolutely rebook next time I'm in town.

Room was very clean as always. Stay here at least 3-4 times a year and it never disappoints. Staff is great, very friendly and we’re always taken care of. Location is awesome! Next to everything.

First the good, the location was great as it’s only a 2 minute walk to the beach and there is a restaurant called Salt Life within walking distance as well and the drinks and food were amazing! Now the not so good…. Our shower stopped working and maintenance had to come fix it which was kinda crappy because we had to carry everything to our truck before we left as we didn’t know if we would be in the same room when we got back. Next…. The creepy guy who literally sits in his truck all day and night outside room 106 was definitely strange …. Thank goodness my husband was with me on this trip otherwise we would have definitely checked out early because of that guy…. Last but not least…. The maintenance guys must have taken our towels when they fixed the shower therefore we asked the “housekeeper” for more and let me just say she threw a royal fit! I could hear her screaming in the parking lot hallway area that each room only gets 4 of everything and we can’t have any more…. Thanks to the other strange guy in the hallway who calmed her down and gave us towels again…. Also middle of the night our shower curtain hit the floor and scared the hell out of us…. But that was probably the least of our worries…. Only reason we didn’t check out early and just dealt with it was the proximity to the beach and the restaurant otherwise don’t waste your time here
