The area was very noisy at night the loudest disruption from 12am to 3:30am every night during my stay. Terrible! Facilities were old or in bad condition, my bed was broken, door of shower room was old and the first room I stayed had problem with the access code and the issue was not properly handled before I was assigned to stay that room. So I had to change to an other room starting from the second night. The reception counter was always empty and the call centre was hard to reach. It charged a lot but offered very poor service. Visitors occupied the lockers for nights without being checked and those who need the storage got problem to store their luggage after checking out. The assistance and luggage storage system must be reviewed and improved.

The unit was clean and very nice. Bedroom was a little small and didn’t have and didn’t have a tv in it, but it was still nice. My only real problem was the metal soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower. I cut my elbow on one of them while showering. Since they’re not being used, they need to be removed.

Overall decent stay

room and property were clean, bathroom had some water damage (bottom of door seemed rotten and just painted over, looked like water had gotten under some of the paint on the wall and left sagging paint.) No body wash, only bar hand soap, bed was very firm. Also wish there was a way to block some of the lights off the microwave and prevent the TV from randomly turning on through the night. Overall though good amenities, and i felt safe and secure. Room was clean and had what we needed. Managed to park half a block away, so that was also convenient. I found the room pretty quiet and was nice that ear plugs and a sound machine were in the room.

If you are looking for a quiet corner of Philly this isn’t it, especially if you have the misfortune of staying at this location on a Wednesday night during the summer, when the surrounding neighborhood streets explode into a wild and noisy party, complete with police sirens, racing cars and music that neither the earplugs (provided by the property) or the white noise machine (also provided) could dampen. On a Thursday or Friday, things calm down to a dull roar, consistent with what one might expect for an urban hotel room. Apartment style rooms are nicely outfitted with everything you need, though. making for a cozy if noisy stay. And the location gets high marks for walking to many of Philly sights.

There was no option or place to load or unload luggage. Could not get to hotel until midnight because of a street party. Tv did not work. Street music was so loud you could not go to sleep. Sonder customer service was no help in getting tv going. It never worked.

This is a great option for a stay in Philly. There were 3 of us for a girls trip, two shared the bedroom and one was on the sofa bed. It was helpful to have space to spread out, washer/dryer and kitchenette! Plus the lounges and free luggage storage. We were able to use our code to get back in the building past check out up to 10pm so helpful if you have a later flight. We didn't get cleaning service for some reason and I couldn't request late check out which was a bummer.. Overall I would definitely stay again.
