Everyone on property was super attentive and kind. Hotel is attached to the Beachwalk so if you forget anything, you can always purchase there. Beach is a 5 min walk to the Main Street. Restaurants in beachwalk were great, but the food at the hotel was great too and very reasonable. I would totally stay here again.

Friendly staff

The location is perfect, it connects to the Beachwalk, which is a mall with shops and food abound. As for the room itself, I found that the design of the shower was kind of off. The shower door opened outward, which caused the droplets of water to wet the bathroom floor, which was very annoying. The breakfast area was kind of small, and during the peak time the egg service could not handle the orders. It took more than 20 minutes to get my omelet ready. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing staff

Service here was amazing, the staff were truly great. Thank you for a wonderful stay, especially as I got sick and they helped with a hotel doctor. The only complaint I have is that you can hear a lot of noise from the hallway and above. Besides that it’s a perfect hotel with really great staff

The hotel located at the Beachwalk mall, it’s very convenient. However, the hygiene of the room is terrible, we stayed with the ants for 4 nights. I reported it to the staff twice, they promised to fix it but the problem exists.

We stayed at Aloft for 4 nights. It’s a new hotel located at the back of Beachwalk Mall. Super convenient to restaurants, shopping, beach, spa etc. Beds were double sized or American Full. Linen, bed, pillow comfy and new. The staff were super friendly and always smiling. They never failed to greet us. The hotel doesn’t have soundproofing so you can hear noise in the hallway and unfortunately our last day/ night we could hear a child running upstairs. My husband wasn’t bothered by it but if you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Other than this, we loved the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I'm already looking forward to my next stay at Aloft. Wow, the rooms are beautiful, the beds are so comfy and the bathroom is gorgeous. The shower especially has some of the best water pressure I've ever had in Bali, I didn't want to get out. Love the little touches that make it feel really special, like the icey treat on arrival- this made my young son very happy from the get go. By and far the most amazing part of the stay was breakfast. It was a spread like I'd never imagined in my wildest dreams, the dining area was also truly beautiful. I would be truly surprised if there were a person out there that wasn't impressed by this breakfast. Ari Novita was one of our servers, and she was such a treat, so kind and helpful. The cherry on top of our stay at Aloft. Thank you Ari!

The room aircon made the room smell mouldy. Since arriving my kids gained a cough which I assume is from breathing in the possible mouldy air. The hallways were fresh and you walk into room it hits you!! Also there is no door on the toilet and the bathroom door is semi see through so no real privacy.
