La comida está pasable salvo en los restaurantes es buena, sin embargo la atención del personal en los restaurantes es nefasta, uraña, antipática, grosera y siempre tienes que hacer reservación y son unas filas enormes en los restaurantes, la limpieza de las habitaciones es nefasta no dejan toallas ni jabón suficiente, la alberca de niños siempre está sucia , es un hotel económico y popular el cuál no recomiendo y no regresaría!!!

Front desk associate were little rude. In the breakfast buffet in Bites food hall hostess and waitress had the worst service ever, the food was great do. I hated going to the bar only one server at all times, to get a beer it took over 15 minutes. The best experience was in the restaurant Cocoa grilled and seafood, we had dinner there every night Rodolfo was our waiter every night amassing service he deserves a raise. Food was excellent as well.

The day to day personel is great, beach is nice and the cleaness is good. They have personel from 2 different company for activities, so the possibility are almost endless. There are free shows in the evening that my kids loved, same thing for activities in the day, arcade center when you need a break of the beach an pools. But the food is not steady, one day it's great, the next it's disgusting. Also, many levels of client, so you get lost in where you are allowed and not, what you can use and not, where you can eat and where not... And most of all, the commercial pressure... You almost can't just arrive and go on with your vacation, meeting with a representative that will try to sell you stuff, first morning, meeting of over 2 hours trying to get you to join the oasis VIP club, or whatever other levels of club. They don't let you go, you say no and... But there's one last deal I can offer you... it will just take 30 seconds... but there's an other option.......... non stop. representatives at every corner trying to sell tours or activities, it's good, but then, it's also too much.

I like it in general great property plenty amenities and activities. Staff is very limited on information. I think smile’s cost more. If someone is smiling at you or being nice or helping is because they want to sell something at you. Too many sells force people very little service staff.

I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms were outdated and dirty and small! The restaurants and food available were not good! We paid to upgrade to the hotel next-door in order to be able to use their restaurants and pool. That was a little better, but not by much. At the upgraded hotel, there were no chairs around the pool to sit on. The only chairs available were at the beach. So while my kids were swimming in the pool, I had nowhere to sit. There was only one bartender at each bar, so you would stand in line for a good 15 minutes to get a drink. The drinks had a chemical taste to them. Most of the restaurants were the same way. At the sushi restaurant, there was only one person working. So I stood in line one day for 45 minutes to get sushi by the pool. The little kitchen areas around the pool with food, were terrible! The hamburgers were definitely not hamburgers! No outdoor bar to sit at. The pool is also closed every night at 8 PM, which is pretty early when your kids want to stay swimming. Entertainment didn’t start until after 10 PM. So as your kids are trying to sleep, the very loud music goes until midnight. I definitely would not recommend going here. But you get what you pay for. I learned my lesson. I will definitely pay more money to stay at a nicer resort.

We had a great time, the food was good, most of the staff was friendly and helpful and the highlight is definitively the calm and kid friendly beach. We went with our kids, and it was a wonderful beach for them to explore, swim and have fun. The only thing I did not like was the fact that the bedroom did not have a balcony.

La comida es variada y muy buena. Las piscinas de niños requieren mantenimiento y aparte solo se pueden usar por horarios. Las que tienen dinosaurios solo puedes estar de 1 a 4. Tiene la ventaja de estar junto al barco pirata, pero no volveríamos.

Check-in line was extremely long it took almost two hours at the time check-in time opened. The welcoming guest personnel instead welcoming you they immediately wanted to sell you packages and didn't care about your real needs they just wanted to sell. We told the housekeeping we needed more towels and come to clean our room and they never showed up. The next day, housekeeping said they have a hotel policy of not cleaning everyday and they didn't bother in notify us when we asked for the service. Since lots of people used the big pool then it became dirty very fast, not sure every when they clean it but next day you can still see a black sheet of oil and remaining of sun protector products on the surface of pool water.
