Our toilet was bagged up with waste we complained about it left for our event around early 12:40pm returned around 6:30pm to the toilet still bagged up then last at front desk said nothing she can do for me I had to go off in order for her to give us room to use the bathroom since she denied us going into another room my room was on 3rd floor had to go to bathroom on 1st floor but when we went to use it that bathroom was flooded I had to have a conversation again with lady at the desk and I checked out the next day very unprofessional
Waste that was bagged up in toilet and if you flush it will fill up to the rim and still not flush

The gym was missing most of the dumbells from the photos the machine wasn’t in good working order. My truck was broken into and they never checked the cameras for footage as I asked

The door did not latch properly and caused concern about saftey. The elevator is run down and was not working the morning we were trying to leave. The room descriptions are not accurate and there were stains on the bed. As well as poor customer service from the front desk.

Friendly staff, clean room and communal areas. Currently under construction so parts of our room showed unfinished jobs (painter's tape on ceiling light, unfinished paint jobs on walls), but the construction noises weren't audible from our room and didn't disrupt our stay at all. The location worked perfectly for what we needed it. Felt safe and plenty of food options nearby.

The parking lot wasn't cleared of snow, my room was so cold when I arrived, I wore my coat inside for at least an hour. My shower and sink water never got hot. The hallways and room are dated.

The parking lot wasn't cleared well of snow, my room was freezing when I arrived, the property is run down and dated. The closest I could get to hot water was lukewarm. I also had to pay for an extra night because I refused to pay the fee to be able to change or cancel my reservation, but that is on Hotels.com. I tried to change it online and then called the hotel to see if the cancellation went through. They told me they had nothing under my name, so I thought it was taken care of until I received a text to check in on the day that I had canceled. I had a terrible experience with Hotels.com and this hotel, so I will not be using either in the future and I suggest that no one else does either.
