Nice Stay … Good Value

The wonderful front desk person let us check in early (noon) with no extra charge. That was very nice of him. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Sink drain didn’t work properly but it was fixed. The water to very long to get warm. It never got hot. Overall nice stay and good value for the money.

Birthday getaway

It was my husband's birthday and we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the gentleman that checked me in was very professional, sorry i don't remember his name. We will stay again & i will recommend my friends. Thanks

Hotel was convenient. We attended graduation at Purcellville. Grandchildren used the small, clean pool. Breakfast was tasty, complete. Coffee was hot in AM. Parking was adequate but limited.

It was a nice hotel. The parking was limited and not much lighting. Didn’t feel too comfortable parking in the back, which is where we had to. The lot was poorly lit.

Elevator broke down on Day 2 of a 4 day stay and was not repaired before I left; Room was in process of renovation and while comfortable was a bit spartan. - Lost hot water last day.

Noisy

Room was nice but no hot water. Staff moved us on second day, so that was good. Hotel being renovated so lobby is a mess and it is difficult to get in and out of hotel. It’s also noisy if you’re on the front side of the building. Staff was very nice and breakfast was fine, typical fare for hotels of this type. I would stay again after renovations are completed, but not now, October 2024.

They were doing renovations and at one point i found myself blocked from leaving my corridor and was told by workers to go out a different door to walk around the outside of the door to go around the hotel to get to the front. Ridiculous !

ONE BAR OF SOAP, LINEN SUPPLY VERY LIMITED, BEDS NEED TO HAVE LAYERED LINENS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE PROPER SLEEPING TEMPERATURE TO A PERSON,CHEAP TOILET TISSUE. THIS IS FIRST SECOND GRADE HAMPTON INN I HAVE RUN INTO.POOR!
