Walking the long stretch into the hotel from the parking garage smelled entirely of a mixture of chlorine and backed up sewer. That was our first impression. The room looked beautiful and it was pretty clean. However, getting to it was neverending due to every winding hallway. I thought we might need our GPS. There is not a direct route into or around the hotel. Beginning from the parking garage to the room on floor 6. We appreciated the free bottles of water, but never did find an ice machine. The bed wasn't hard, but it wasn't soft either. Only one side of the bed had an outlet for charging your phone. Many knobs we're missing from cabinets and drawers. The AC was iffy. We set it for 68 and it never got there. With 105 outside, 72 in the room still felt hot. One of the sinks didn't drain properly. The shower never fully got warm. It took forever to go from very cold to just colder than lukewarm. Hubby said when he showered it became just a bit more than lukewarm. Another surprise was the $38.50 "resort fee". I'm still not sure what that fee went to. Maybe my water wasn't free after all.

The hotel is very beautiful, especially with the view of the lake, but the smell of the lake was emanatng in the lobby. Also, we booked a stay which was to have breakfast. The front desk told us the booking didn't go with a breakfast.

The room was nice. Our suite had views of Lake Las Vegas from both the living area, as well as the bedroom. The one thing that we had a problem with is that the air conditioner didn’t seem to work well at cooling the room, which it made it very uncomfortable at night for sleeping.

The lobby smelled like sulfur/eggs. I thought there might be a gas leak so I asked the staff. They said that the hotel get "odiferous" due to the nearby lake. No other buidlings near the lake smelled bad though.

Was there to celebrate my birthday when we got there one of the sinks was clogged called front desk they sent house keeping by the way very nice lady she had to call engineering it took a while so it messed up my reservations had to cancel my b day plans that was disappointment over all the hotel is nice but I think it’s has plumbing problems because when you walk in it has a strong sewage smell through out the hotel

The property is beautiful and I had a nice view of the lake. The room and bathroom are very spacious and I loved the large soaker tub. Bed was very comfy. Not sure why people are saying hotel is dated. It’s meant to look like an Italian villa, so the furniture is classic vintage Italian. Staff was very friendly. However, the amenities were lacking. I booked this place for a relaxing solo trip based on the listed amenities. The outdoor lagoon and hot tub were closed. The spa was lackluster. It was dark and I had to figure out how to turn all the lights on. The sauna wasn’t heated, and the hot tub only had 3 working jets. The lotion dispensers were all empty. It felt like an abandoned spa and was not the experience I was looking for. Seems unfair to charge a daily resort fee when most of the amenities aren’t working. Also, this isn’t Hilton’s fault but the nearby village is like a deserted Italian villa that is past its hey day. Most of the places are out of business or only open certain days of the week. It feels like so much is missing from the overall experience of what has the potential to be a lovely stay/experience.

Our suite was amazing. It’s just the sewage smell throughout the property that made it hard to fully enjoy. Other than that the property was beautiful, the staff was great, the restaurant downstairs was sooo yummy. 5 stars on the food!
