We called ahead, to make sure the hot tub & pool were working. My friends & I are all in our 70's. We count on using the hot tub, & were told it was working. We wouldn't have made reservations, if we hadn't been lied to. They kept saying it would be fixed in a couple hours, & never was. We were there Mon- Thurs & got daily lies. I'm sure I talked to the owner & was told to talk to the manager! Halls were cold, bathroom fans are loud, phone #'s (internal) didn't work, & some bathroom repairs looked shoddy!

The breakfast was good but few places to sit at low tables. We did not like the dog poop found on the floor in the room. It was almost midnight and my husband took care of it. We don't have a dog. If the floors were vacuumed they would have found it. Hotels.com charged us $50.00 more than the price of the room. We are working with the hotel on a partial refund. It made it seem like I was making the reservation directly with the hotel directly and not through hotels.com. Will try not to use their service again.

Room was not clean. Toenail clipping on bathroom floor, black chunks on carpet throughout room, an orange in the fridge, shampoo caked to the bottle in the shower. The bed and towels appeared clean. Bed was very comfortable and firm. Breakfast lady is very nice and accommodating.

The room was dirty and in need of repair. The door was difficult to open and shut - it stuck. My kids could not do it themselves. Breakfast was okay: hot sausage patties and scrambled eggs. TV was annoying “smart” TV that didn’t show channel names. Netflix and other “smart” options didn’t work. Pool was fine but good luck getting a clean towel there. The kids walked back without a towel 2/3 times.

The room could have been a little cleaner. It was good except for the corners and along the wall behind the beds. The beds themselves were very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is small, but ok. It really should have an exhaust fan, though.

Very disappointed in the breakfast. Unable to eat the first day so we opted no breakfast for the trip. No towels in the pool area. Not one the entire stay. Had to use room towels then find a worker to give us new ones.

Clean room, bottom sheet didn’t stay on the bed, bathroom was very small. Breakfast was ok. Biscuits were good other food was pretty tasteless however the woman working kept the area extremely clean and food filled. Coffee was excellent.
