Very disappointed in our stay. Think they were remodeling stuff was all over the place. Pool and hot tub were shut down. Hallways smelled of marijuana so bad. Tried getting ahold of staff multiple times and nothing. We have stayed here a couple other times and it was ok but this time was unacceptable.

They were remodeling which was very much needed but the parking lot was blocked off with heavy equipment, many contractor trucks and trailers, 2 large reach booms, and tape. The hallways were full of old furniture and new boxes of furniture, the bed sheets and blankets were nasty and discolored, and the room smelled strongly of mold and mildew. The door made a very loud pop when opened. I will NEVER stay at that Comfort Inn again.

The bathroom was dirty and the comforter was stained. The television didn’t work. It looks like they were remodeling and all hallways were lined with old furniture. There was a post-it note on the computer indicating the pool was closed. The outside of the property was littered with trash and parking was extremely limited due to storage and machinery. A positive note, the breakfast area was nice and neat with a good selection.

Everyone was absolutely wonderful there during our stay. The only problem was at the current time their hot tub was broke but they couldn't help that They didn't order the part. Other than that absolutely a wonderful experience. They definitely came in clutch. We needed a new place to stay because Roadway inn had cockroaches and stains.

Shortly after arriving, I went out to my car and as I was coming back in, there was a woman knocking on the door of the room next to ours. Within minutes it was obvious that she was a prostitute. Not pleasant to be in the room next to that. The next morning, just down the hall, there was a knock on the door of another room. I heard the man say, “I can’t do that- I am on company business and I would get in trouble. Not hard to figure out what that was all about. The sofa and chair in the room looked like it had never been cleaned and needed to go to the dumpster. The toilet ran all night. I would sleep on a park bench before I would go back to this place. We discovered there were bugs in the room. Not a pleasant stay at all.

The room was dirty, I went to eat at the breakfast buffet and there was no food at 6:45-8 because they said they had a new girl who don’t know how to cook, the pool area was closed, there was no parking because they had cranes for roofing all blocking the parking lot, the outlets and 1/2 of the lights didn’t work in the rooms, it smelling like dog pee, weed, and beer everywhere.

Breakfast was ok. Place is old and run down. Lights all flickered in the room. Tv wasn’t plugged in. Strange smell everywhere inside. Pool is down because of a leak. The pool is the reason we chose this hotel. Real disappointment. Won’t go back.

The hotel is old and under renovation. There were contractors there working and had areas taped off. Room smelled. Furniture stained. Exercise equipment broke. I think I was literally the only customer there. Called Expedia and they gave me a refund.
