Staff is nice and helpful. All you can eat breakfasts are very good. Very practical because it is near a subway station; but if you are a light sleeper, you may be disturbed by the subway, since we can hear it. A bit far from most of the attractions. All in all, quite good.

good for this money - but a bit noisy!

Nice hotel overall, location ok. You can walk to the very center within 30-40 min. Easy access to the airpot. HOWEVER, it was a bit noisy. Even in the room facing the internal yard, you can feel the vibration and noise from the subway. But still bareble. The rooms that are facing the main road are much noisier. The subway station is few steps from the hotel. going kind of beneath it.

Overall a nice hotel very close to a Metro stop, and a food store next door. The breakfast buffet was really good with a vast selection. There were a few minor items of note: 1. The Lisbon Metro is a very shallow depth system. My room was on the 6th floor, and at that height you could hear, and somewhat feel the train as it passed under the hotel. I wasn’t bothered by it, but if you’re a light sleeper it may cause an issue. 2. The WiFi was very spotty on the upper floors. Again, a really good location for transportation!

Wir waren mit einer fünfköpfigen Gruppe für fünf Tage in Lissabon zu Besuch. Das Hotel liegt quasi direkt an einer U-Bahn-Station der grünen Linie; vom Flughafen ist das Hotel quasi in 20 Minuten mit einmal umsteigen ganz einfach erreichbar; man kann bequem, innerhalb von 20 Minuten in die Altstadt laufen. Kleine Supermärkte und Cafés in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr hilfsbereit; das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir drei Geburtstagskinder in unserer Gruppe hatten, hat uns das Hotel auf alle drei Zimmer eine Flasche Sekt gestellt, was wirklich sehr nett war. Zwei kleine Aspekte zur Verbesserung: Der Zimmer-Safe sollte im Preis integriert sein. Wir mussten extra pro Tag zwei Euro Miete bezahlen. Das ist auch international nicht üblich. Beim Frühstück ist in der Auswahl bei Wurst, Käse noch ein bisschen Luft nach oben. Das war alles sehr Standard. Ich würde das Hotel trotzdem uneingeschränkt für einen Besuch von Lissabon 🇵🇹✈️ weiterempfehlen. Ein sehr ordentliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gerne wieder. Stephan

L'hôtel dans l'ensemble

Nous avions une chambre avec baignoire, mais il n'y avait pas de bouchon pour celle-ci, donc pas de bain. L'hôtel se trouve dans un quartier populaire, qui ne laisse pas se sentir en insécurité et avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Il est situé à une petite trentaine de minutes de marche de la rue Augusta et des quais. Pastéis de nata du petit déjeuner excellent.

The room was spacious with a bathtub and I could open my suitcase. It was renovated, so it was new and clean. The breakfast was crispy and had a lot of fruit. The man who carried my suitcase to the car on the morning of March 23rd when I checked out was incredibly kind and I am grateful.

Deveria ser um 4 estrelas…

Ficamos muito satisfeitas com a nossa estadia nesse hotel. A poucos passos da estação Anios da linha verde, que nos levava diretamente ao Cais do Sodré e à Cidade Baixa - Chiado, o hotel é novo e tem tudo que nós precisamos. O café da manhã é farto, o quarto espaçoso e confortável, a limpeza foi impecável e a equipe maravilhosa. Deixo o meu agradecimento especialmente ao João que nos acolheu, nos deu várias sugestões maravilhosas e foi extremamente gentil em fazer algumas reservas que pedimos a ele. Sem dúvida uma ótima opção para se hospedar em Lisboa.
