Thought I would pay more for a better stay but …..

Upon arrival I called to see if they could putt me next to a exit since I didn’t bring my mobile scooter they didn’t I moved on from that went in room went to enjoy hot tub that the front desk said it didn’t work but did so that was cool went back to room and my 4 year old son found a vape pen on floor called from desk and complained and also our sheet was dirty with a big yellow stain didn’t know what it was . Talked to a manager the next morning he said I should have taken a picture of pen but my son found it so I putt in bag and gave to front desk as well as with the sheet they said manager comes in Monday so waiting for a call but he kinda made me feel as if I was complaining too much but I pay for a clean comfortable stay also the key pads to doors you repeatedly have to putt in up and down to hopefully have your door open I also talk to night crew cause when coming back from universal studios me and kids were in hallway for 10 min trying to get in room husband went to get a new key that one didn’t work for a few minutes overall area was nice just something’s weren’t the best. I did give them the vape pen and dirty sheet

The hotel is very clean and nice. Definitely felt safe staying there and that it was taken care of. Often saw staff cleaning the common areas. I checked in and gave the front desk a different credit card than I used to hold the reservation and asked them to use it. Upon leaving and receiving a receipt they charged the original credit card. I also was woken up at 6am because of someone screaming at someone else and when I went to leave my privacy please door hanger was gone someone had taken it? I don’t know. The latter two things in my review are not the fault of the hotel exactly I get that but the credit card thing was annoying. Just wanted to give an honest review of my stay but overall it’s a nice hotel and clean!

AAAA++++! we enjoyed our stay here!

I loved this hotel! Everything was as perfect as could be. The desk staff was friendly and efficient. The room and halls were in like-new condition and furnished modernly. The bed mattress was thick and comfy. The wi-fi signal was strong throughout. The bathroom was clean. The air conditioning worked. There was attractive wall art in the common areas that didn't look like it belonged in a hotel. Breakfast was great. The coffee was better than most. My friend was impressed that the breakfast room had four, count 'em, FOUR waffle makers! She loves waffles, and at the other hotels there was almost always a line of people waiting to use just the one waffle maker. If someone didn't know how to use it, then more time was wasted showing them how, while everyone waited. Yes, waffle makers are that important. I was happy that the price we paid was 18% lower than usual (per hotels.com) so we got a pretty fancy hotel for less than the other hotels in the area were charging. What a great deal eh? Valencia is a nice town to stay in.

The facility was clean and accommodations were comfortable. My only complaint was how loud the freeway traffic was. Given the location right off the freeway, there was no way to minimize the how loud it was but sleeping through the night was challenging. If that’s a concern for visitors be sure to bring ear plugs!

Fast check in and amazing staff night and morning shift!, the rooms are beautiful rooms. One of my favorite hotels to stay at! Breakfast was great as well plenty of options. They also provided parking permit for $20-$25 which was not bad at all!

Great Stop minutes from Magic Mountain!

Great place to stay with three teenagers! Plenty of space, and they loved the breakfast- particularly the fact there was whipped cream to go with the waffles! Staff was very helpful even though I had accidentally booked for one week later than we were there.
