We appreciate how they go out of their way to cater to families with patients in the hospital. After sitting in the surgical waiting room all day, it was such a wonderful surprise to be offered a bowl of hot soup to take up to our room for the night. We certainly did not feel like eating out again.

This hotel is clean, quiet, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the underground parking kept the car warm and secure. Also, loved the shuttle driver. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Room 439. One of the beds had hair in it but we dealt with it. We rented a space to sleep 8 of us knowing the suite slept 10. The booking stated 3 Queen beds, and 2 pull out couches that were also Queens, but we only had 1 couch and a recliner. We had a gathering of 16 of us so seating was limited. The guy at the front desk graciously delivered 5 extra sitting chairs so that helped a lot. One of the living room outlets for the lamp didn’t work, so plug ins were scarce for us and our laptops and phones and such. The beds were super comfortable, plenty of pillows and bedding for the couch sleepers. Overall it was a great space, definitely loved the location, the staff was great, in the future I would simply seek a larger suite for our needs.

Everybody was polite. Morning breakfast was similar to other places I have stayed. In the afternoon they have light foods that were also complimentary. Hallways are tight coming off elevator.

Multiple Mayo appts. Only issue entirely not to do with hotel- shuttle service was nice but several times the bus had 3x the allowed passenger limit. 65 counted on a 20 something passenger bus. Could have gotten off and waited an hour for last bus but heard it at 71 on it the day before!

Specifically rented the room because the pictures showed separate living areas which we wanted for baby and toddler sleeping areas. We checked in, they were nice, but when we got to our room there were no separate areas as their pictures showed. The kitchen didn’t have the breakfast bar like the pictures showed, and instead of a shower/tub combo we just had a shower. I asked the front desk for the room they showed during booking and they said they were “sorry” and they are aware that the pictures don’t reflect what we payed for but they are working to fix this (it’s been like this since we booked 3 weeks ago) but of course they were “sorry”. Internet was very slow/unusable, took 10 seconds to load Google’s home page. Breakfast and nightly included meal was good. I cannot recommend this location just from the inconveniences we had.

Everything was impeccable. The staff incredible. Amenities incredible. Colton at the desk was extremely professional and courteous to all of the guests. So impressive and he knew all of the guests by there names and remembered what their needs were. Colton is an employee anyone would want at the helm. Also he was so professional serving soup to guests. This hotel hit all of the marks that anyone would look for during their travel. Thank you all so much. Amazing. Chef JSW
