When we arrived in the evening, our room was not available. We got a room in the basement and should change to our room the next day. That I booked a room for 5 days, and mailed a week before that we would arrive late, didn’t matter.
The hotel was full. So no other choice then to accept the one in the basement…
So now we had to reschedule our plans the next day, because of this roomchange, what we did.
On our complaint true e-mail they didn’t respond.
Finally the last day we got a free breakfast.
Well it still seems very strange to me, when you book a room for 5 nights, the room was not available…. Although they said the room in the basement was from the same quality… it wasn’t, for sure.
But the location is good; and also clean.
Staff at the check-in are not that problem solving people. As if we did something wrong and didn’t understand our complain. Except the woman on the last day and gave us the free breakfast for the inconvenience.
