This hotel is in need of a major renovation. It was old and out dated. Our room was not very clean from the tub,sink,bed skirt,window curtains. The window was full of dead bugs and dirt. I woukd not recommend this hotel.

The office staff is always kind and friendly. They always seem to have solutions to all the problems that we have when we stay there. We pick Mr. Sandman any day of the week rather than the super eight across the street because it’s clean and the friendly staff. This is a hidden gem of Legrand, Oregon

Front desk worker was very kind and professional. Also kept breakfast stocked when a big soccer group was eating. Hotel was very quiet despite the teens. Hotel is close to everything you need. Beds were not very comfortable and kept sliding off of the bed frames a bit. Also the bed skirts are way too big for the beds and a slipping hazard when you stop out of bed. Overall it was a good stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The pet fee was really reasonable. Breakfast was just cereal, yogurt and pastries. I will stay here again :)

I will never be staying here again. There was no notice of an additional fee that I was required to pay with the excuse that they can't help what an "online booking service" posts (ie Hotels.com). The rooms AC/ heater unit, which was unable to be turned off, sounded like there was a diesel truck parked outside all night with their engine on. The bed was missing a sheet. It's had it's duvet cover but no sheet between that and the fitted sheet. Underneath the fitted sheet were unmentionable stains. When I asked for assistance in these matters, I was told there were no other rooms to switch. They offered to have somebody come to the room and clean/ fix but it would take a few hours and I couldn't stay on the room while they figured it out if their ends. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I just couldn't let this one slide. If the hotel can't make it right, I hope Hotels.com will.
