Its a family friendly hotel. Hot sprinds are nice. Breakfast was also good. Hotel building is bit old and washrooms were average cleaned. Only 2 towels were left initially. No comforter in the room. Front staff was nice and they gave them to us.

Be aware they have rooms without AC, they gave us a fan only room. We were supposed to get a Junior suite and it was nothing like the picture. Not enough towels for the three guests, small beds, close to the reception so the noise early in the morning was not fun at all. Property is nice, cold water pool was been clean so we couldn’t use it for day and a half. Good food, decent drinks prices.

Poorly kept, mold was on our walls as there is no a/c and it’s very humid and wet area. Before arriving we called to see if they recommended anyone for taxi service they gave us a number call we waited 40 min at the airport for him he never showed we ended up finding one at the airport then upon arriving to the hotel checkin they said the taxi service we needed to pay 100$ cause he did show up we went back and forth for a while and i said i would call and sort it myself before they allowed us to check in to our room and we didn’t get there until 9 so by that time it was 10 and we were exhausted after a long day of traveling. Other than that the pool and drinks were nice.

Incómoda

La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado y eso no se indica en la reservación ni descripción. El jabón de ducha es un dispensador de espuma de manos. El desagüe de la tina no sella bien y deja escapar el agua. El apagador de la luz desconecta toda la energía de la habitación. Lo cual hace confuso el manejo de luces La silla de escritorio es extremadamente incómoda El colchón en duro e incómodo y tenía bastantes insectos pequeñitos. A las 6am hacen limpieza de piscina con hidrolavadora entonces no se puede dormir.

No air conditioning in the room because I was penalized for using Expedia. The water in the shower was barely lukewarm and dribbled out. The parking lot at night was loud with motorcycles racing around. Unsympathetic staff who didn’t care when I said that I should not be penalized for Not getting a room with air-conditioning because I didn’t book through them personally.

Property may be a resort in terms of a 3rd world country, but by no means worth the money. Very very old. Built in the 70s most likely, and saying it's a hot springs resort is a stretch. Very disappointing.
