The fridge was very nasty with old food left in it and the cabinet next to the fridge had a bag of garbage and used dirty towels in it. Mirror was dirty also. It also had roaches in this room, Room 262

Lavatory clogged, had to run to office for toilet paper, had to scrub the toilet seat, looked like someone stood on it with dirty shoes. Only one shower towel. We were too tired to run to the office again after 12 hour drive. The heating unit sounded like a Mack truck.

After we booked, we arrived at the hotel and were told they had no rooms available. They wouldn't refund our money because they said they didn't have internet either. Everything was terrible. The woman at reception treated us terribly. I don't think they deserve even one star.

Horrible nightmare!

The property in in a very unsafe area with hookers walking up and down the roads. All kinds of people outside of their rooms after midnight. People lingering on the stairs doing drugs out in the open. I was very afraid to stay and requested my money to be refunded. They refused.

They don’t have working ice or soda machines , the pool is closed , nothing available in the lobby , no laundry service , but plenty of ways to find smack and if you need swat they are on call.
