Hotel was unwed by Best Western until it was sold / spun off. Everything is falling apart, ac unit barely holding on, doesn’t hear or cool very well. Break fast is 1 gallon of milk for whole hotel, small stale packaged muffins. Front sliding door is held up by 2x4 wood. Wanna check in early ? 10’s an hour.

The whole place is about to be renovated. "They're using really old and whatever is left because they have to throw away all of it." -said staff. They recently changed deposit policy. But there is literally nothing that's not already damaged. Bugs crawling. Showers were impossible due to no water pressure. Stains, wholes everywhere

The room was a disaster. Starting with a nonworking toilet and a nonworking tv. Bedding was dirty and hand smoke burns. Staff was no help at all. Even after seeking help twice yet ni response.

This used to be a decent inexpensive option when I need a stopover on a long drive. I have stayed at this property before, so I knew it was no frills, but it has really gotten bad. I won’t stay here again. I arrived late in the evening. When I got to my room, things were falling apart everywhere. Furniture was set in places to try to cover up holes in the wall, wall paper or baseboards were peeling away, and dresser doors didn’t stay closed. Someone screaming and yelling a couple doors down, a clear domestic dispute happening, as a man was screaming that he wanted to die and that whoever he was with should kill him. I put the coffee table in front of the door because I was genuinely fearful that an active shooter situation was possible. Callef the front desk - with my cell phone because there are no phones in the room - and no one answered. When it was finally addressed, I started to climb into bed, but realized the sheets were dirty. When I pulled them back there were not only holes in the sheets but stains on them. I went down to the front desk again and it took a while for the person working to show up at the desk. He came out of a room next to the elevator at the front where he was clearly hanging out with a group of people. He handed me a set of sheets to handle it myself. They were the wrong size. I go back down, and he is actually annoyed with me and tells me he’s not housekeeping. No other clean sheets available. I had to switch rooms. At 11pm. Never again.
